Winter in Val Badia means more than just skiing
A winter wonderland
Everyone in the world knows about Val Badia and the Dolomites. They’re home to the most spectacular ski resort in the world and also offer the chance of making the most of winter away from the crowds – snowshoe hikes in the woods, crossing meadows by sleigh like they did in the past, and doing a bit of cross-country skiing and ski mountaineering.
The most beautiful slopes in the world on our doorstep
We’re in a quiet corner of Val Badia, yet the Plan de Corones skiing resort is just around the corner. Its Piccolino lift will take you to an incredible, black slope as well as connecting you to San Vigilio. You can always take the shuttle bus to reach Alta Badia’s Dolomites and the Dolomiti Superski resort in a flash. Our small, undisturbed guesthouse is the perfect starting point for two incredible worlds. One day on the Marebbe Dolomites and the other exploring the Sellaronda circuit. Is there anywhere else you would rather be?
More than just skiing
An extensive network of paths and well signed trails allow you to explore the Dolomites’ nature surrounded by peace and quiet. The snow-covered meadows around the Torr beckon, and you can set off on your snowshoes, cross-country skis, or even skiing off piste. And for our guests who wish for a dash more adventure and adrenaline, the dedicated sleigh slopes, on which they can whizz down at breakneck speeds, is just what they need. Away from the hustle and bustle of the ski slopes, explore unspoilt nature, a balm for the heart, body, and soul.
